HI, I’M BROOKE

Over the last 12 years, I’ve explored many ways to move - strength training, functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting, yoga, Pilates, dance - all fueling a lifelong passion for feeling strong and powerful in my body and helping others do the same.

With certifications in personal training, yoga, Pilates and competing at a national level for Crossfit, my approach blends strength, mobility and nervous system awareness - to build strength, resilience, and energy in a dynamic and safe environment.

I am a firm ambassador of empowerment through movement, making exercise a lifestyle that supports and evolves with you and your goals.

My coaching style is about balance: knowing when and HOW to push - creating movement patterns that focus on quality, control, stability and strength so you can actually understand and connect with your body rather than just constantly chasing exhaustion..

Building strength AND power, at the same time building habits and practices that are sustainable. Blending strength and mobility is a huge unlock to your bodies potential.

QUALIFICATIONS aND EXPERIENCE

  • NZIS Certificate in Exercise Level 3 & 4

  • Certified 200 hour yoga Teacher

  • Embodied movement practitioner

  • Yoga Nidra Level 1 practitioner

  • First Aid

  • Competing in Crossfit individual and team competitions at a national level

  • 6 years yoga teaching experience across multiple disciplines and studios
