1:1 In-Person Coaching

Personalised, hands-on coaching designed to help you move better, get stronger, and reach your goals with expert guidance.

  • These sessions are dynamic, personalised training sessions tailored specifically to you.

    You will receive high-quality coaching with close attention to technique in a safe and supportive environment, helping you unlock your body’s full potential.

    This service also includes:

    • Personalised gym program including strength and conditioning

    • At-home mobility and yoga practices

    • Nutrition guidance

    • Virtual check-ins for accountability and progress tracking

    Sessions are held predominantly at Snap Fitness Royal Oak, 2nine8 Performance Gym in Papakura, or 312 Fortitude in Onehunga, with other locations such as home gyms considered.

1:1 Online Coaching

Structured online coaching with personalised programming, guidance, and support so you can train confidently wherever you are.

  • Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train on your own schedule while still receiving expert guidance.

    You will receive a fully personalised training program through an app, tailored to your goals, experience level, and available equipment.

    This service includes:

    • Personalised strength and conditioning programming

    • Mobility and recovery work

    • Video technique feedback

    • Regular virtual check-ins and program adjustments

    • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance

Custom Gym Program

A personalised gym program designed specifically for your goals, fitness level, and training environment.

  • If you prefer to train independently but want a structured and effective plan, this option provides a professionally designed program tailored to you, which you can keep for life.

    Note that this option does not include any ongoing support from me or updates to the program.

    Programs may include:

    • Strength and conditioning training

    • Functional movement patterns

    • Mobility and recovery exercises

    • Progressive programming for long-term improvement

Yoga & Pilates

Build mobility, strength, and balance through yoga and Pilates sessions designed for movement and wellbeing.

  • These sessions focus on improving body awareness, mobility/flexibility and mindful movement.

    A yoga session will blend asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation for a grounding practice that calms the nervous system.

    A reformer Pilates session is based on traditional Pilates exercises using the reformer carriage and accessories to help increase mobility, stability and core strength. Super fun and humbling!

    Sessions can be delivered one-on-one or in small group settings at Eightlimb Papakura.
